Our Rooms

All rooms have 100% new goose down duvets (traditional blanket and sheet on request) both duck feather and non allergenic rebound foam pillows and ultra light warm micro fibre blanket.

All rooms have bath/shower or shower, complimentary toiletries, fresh coffee and tea (locally blended) facility, color TV, hairdryer, telephone, seating area with table. Iron and ironing board are available on request. Our single room has a private bathroom, as well as one of our Superior Doubles. They are not to share, they are totaly private just next to the bedroom.

Our superior rooms all have; larger bathrooms with bath/ shower, comfortable armchairs or small sofa with coffee table.

All our rooms have bespoke beds with tufted luxury 1000 pocket sprung mattresses.

Our beds are a luxurious size, some up to 6ft wide by 6ft6 long.

Maps of the area and a selection of local walking or cycle routes are available. If less strenuous pastimes are required we have a small library of books, and a selection of games.

To take advantage of this special DBB price, dinner reservation must be made at room booking stage / before arrival. Normal full rate will be charged should dinner reservation be made once arrived. Excludes Valentine Evening, Christmas, New Year and any Special Events.

	Additional beds contain sprung mattresses and are not zed beds! Third person in a room will be charged £10 extra for breakfast. If third person is a children under the age of eleven £5 extra for breakfast will be charged. WEEKENDS Unfortunately, as we are a small establishment, we must usually insist on two night minimum bookings at weekends. However, it is always worth checking for late cancellations and availability during the winter months as we may occasionally accept a one night, weekend booking. Please advise us if you wish to dine with us during your stay. We offer evening meals most nights to our houseguests, depending on availability. Table reservation is recommended, but we will of course always do our best to accommodate you.
