Terms and Conditions for bookings over the phone or per e-mail: Credit / Debit card will be taken to secure the booking. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. Should you cancel before the 48 hours (2 days/nights), no charge occurs. Should you cancel during the 48 hours, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your card, unless we can re-sell the room.
Online/Internet booking: Depending on which online site you are, the cancellation policy may varry. Should you cancel your online booking with us, a 3% card charge will be deducted from your total refund
Our check-in time is from 4.30pm onwards, but please advise us of your time of arrival and let us know if the time is likely to change. No check-in later then 11pm please. Check out time 10.30am

All our six rooms have either King size or Super King size bespoke tufted luxury 2000 double stack pocket sprung mattress with deep multi-layered fillings for extra comfort with luxury bamboo mattress protector. Goose down duvets both duck feather and foam pillows. En-suite bathroom with shower or bath/shower, heated towelrail, underfloor heating (5 of them), complimentary Eco boutique toiletries. Proper, fresh ground coffee and generous selection of teas with fresh milk and homemade biscuit in room, free wifi, digital colour TV and DVD, i-pod station (4 of them), clock radio, hairdryer, iron and board, telephone and corner sofa with reading lamp.

Our Spacious Double Room can accommodate an extra bed in the room for either a child or an extra adult. Should you travel with a baby, those rooms have enough space for a travel cot.
EXTRA BED: £15.00, B&B PER NIGHT (until the age of 14) OR £20.00 FOR TEENAGER OR ADULT
Our Generous Double Room can accommodate two small children on the sofa bed in the separate lounge or one teenager/adult/nanny with as well, if required, a travel cot. Parents have a separate bedroom with Super King size bed, separated via a corridor from the lounge with a large bathroom to share.
SOFA BED: £20.00, B&B PER NIGHT (until the age of 12) OR £25.00 FOR TEENAGER OR ADULT
SINGLE OCCUPANCY OF OUR ROOMS
£15.00 will be deducted from the Double Room rack rate for a single occupancy.
Maps of the area and a good selection of local walking or cycle maps are available. If less strenuous pastimes are required there are plenty of brochures and suggestions of various interest and we have a library of books, a selection of games and a DVD library.
Credit Cards / Payment: On the day of your departure at La Fosse, when we present you the final bill, we accept cash, cheques and debit cards. Any credit card payments, we charge 3% on top of the total bill.
