Cranborne Estate in Cranborne, Dorset: Game, pork and beef. The extensive farmland and woodland on the Estate are managed using traditional farming techniques and produce very good rare breed speciality meats. The Cranborne village store is worth a visit with its many delicatessen!

Lyburn Farm in Salisbury, Wiltshire: Lyburn Gold cheese, Old Winchester cheese and Lyburn garlic and nettle cheese. It makes a variety of different hand made cheeses, all of which are made from cows' milk.

The Seed Company in Sherborne, Dorset: Rapeseed oil, which all our cooking is done with. They are based in Rosedown Farm, Sherborne and produce cold pressed rapeseed oil made from a single variety of seed. Rich in Omega 3,6 &9 and Vitamin E.
